Multiple designｓ can be proposed in a single competition. There is no limit for how many designs you can propose.
For those designers who live in a country where Paypal is not available, we accept payment via Skrill. Please note that separate commission fee will be incurred if you use Skrill.
Please designate your e-mail address for payment. Then, please tap the "Apply For Payment" button to apply for.
If you find an inappropriate image, please make a topic on the forum tapping the "Report an inappropriate Image" button in the design page.

Designclue make it available the following 4 ways for requesting amendments:
1. Request an amendment using a feedback tag
- This is an original system with which you can request a designer to amend using Japanese language
2. Rate a design by adding star marks to the designs which you like.
3. Refuse a design which you do not like
- By clearly showing your preference, designers can understand your preference and therefore designers will be able to propose better designs
4. Send messages directly
A design will be delivered to you in five days at the shortest. The standard competition period is ten days.

If you have a ready-made design of a site or an app, you can upload them for offer
You can cancel if the competition allows the refund guarantee option. If you cancel, all the amount will be refunded. The basic plan does not include the refund guarantee option. Please check the plans.
You can close the competition before completion. But please note that there are be designers who attempt to apply for just before the close of a competition, so we recommend you to wait until the predetermined deadline.

In a competition where refund guarantee option is effective, you can cancel. If you cancel, total amount will be refunded.
There are no refunding option in the basic plan. Please check the plan.
It is important for you to provide the designer with information which can inspire the designer.
- Describe the contents simply and comprehensively
- Upload samples of your favorite designs
- Show the URLs of your own website or other downloading websites for apps

決済通貨はアメリカドルです。Paypalが定める為替レートにより支払い金額が決定されます。
コンペを開催する際に仮払いとして、お支払いいただきます。デザインの検収を完了した時点で、本払いとなります。返金を行った場合には、決済手数料を含む全額が返金されます。
コンペを開催する際に、仮払いとして事前に決済いただいております。

The currency for payment is US dollar. The payment amount will be calculated using Paypal exchange rate.
You should pay provisionally before the competition is held. When the design is checked and received, the payment will be effected. In case if a refund is made, full amount including the payment commission will be reimbursed.
The payment is received before the competition is held.
Invoice is necessary for a payment. Please fill the application form for "payment with invoice". We only accept only those whom we confirm said application form.

The competition style is a style where you can receive proposals of completed works such as logo designs by designers. You can choose your most favorite design after actually seeing many proposed designs. Designclue uses Paypal so that the customers can use our service with security. Paypal is the simple and secure payment service provider which 150,000,000 people all over the world use. If you have a credit card, you can use Paypal.

コンペ終了時、もしあなたが好むデザインがなかった場合、掲載料・決済手数料を含む100%の全額返金されます。 コンペ締め切り後、勝者を決定せず30日以上経過した場合は、自動的に返金保証の対象外となります。プランの違いには、返金保証の有無や電話サポートの有無があります。提案されるデザインに関しては、高いプランであれば、より多くの提案が集まりますし、より高度なグラフィックを用いた品質の高いデザインが提案されます。

If you cannot find any favorite design after the end of the competition, Fees including uploading fees and payment commission will be fully refunded. After passing 30 days without deciding who was the winner from the close of the competition, such case will be automatically excluded from the refunding assurance. Differences among plans include the option of full refund and/or the telephone support. As for the designs to be proposed, the more expensive the plan is, the more proposals will be gathered and higher quality designs using high grade graphic will be proposed.
