I'm afraid to return the item to the seller as you had explained. Two years ago, I sent back an item to a seller because the customer support had adviced me like that. Then, I told you the tracking number as specified. After that, the item was delivered to the seller. However the seller didn't refund. I got an e-mail of apology, but that's it. To put it another way, I paid money to the seller and give them the item for free. I'm really worrying if the same thing will happen. Can I be refuned in advance?

I am sorry for delaying reply. I had contacted the customer center, but they haven't answered me because it's summer vacation in Japan now. So the customer center also have a vacation from Augst 10th to 18th. You have a warranty of this item, so it's possible to be fixed. I will pay the shipping fee from US to Japan. However, a pendulum metronome is vulnerable to shock, so it may break again during delivry to US even if it's fixed.
