I have a question regarding Tour Issue Shaft.

The length of a shaft of US specification is the same with No.9 as it and No.9 use the same PW.
So I think it is 37.0(No.9, PW)-40.0(No.3).
But in the website of True temper, it says 37.0-41.0.
Can you please give me the reason why its length is different from the shaft.
And I also would like to know how each shafts' inches change.
As it is the inquiry from my customer, so I would be grateful if you could reply as soon as possible.

Regarding the packaging of the product, it is alright to packing it with your company stardard procedure as you mention to me.
Placed the product in a transparent bag, and please seal our code on top of the bag.
