有機JAS認定の『有機栽培茶』とは… 
有機の申請を出してから3年以上茶園に化学肥料や化学農薬を一切使用していないこと。よその茶園から散布農薬がまってこない立地条件も必要です。その上で有機JASの業者認定を受けて、生産工程を管理し記録する必要があります。なお茶生産の場合、生葉摘採後なるべく早く蒸して酸化発酵を止め荒茶とよぶ半加工品にまで製茶する必要があり、茶園での栽培/摘採/荒茶工場での荒茶製造までが生産家側の生産工程となり、きびしい有機JASの基準を満たした大変貴重なお茶です
