Thank you so much for your prompt response, I am a little confuse with your e-mail. I think the cheapest solution for this matter is for some type of price reduction; therefore, we do not have to deal with the hassle shipping the product back and forth; also it can eliminate the expensive shipping cost . I still want the figure; unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the condition, and it really affect the value of the figure - I am a Saint Seiya collector, and it is sadden to add this worst condition item into my collection. Please advise me with your comments at your earliest convenience

PayPalの担当にも確認しましたが、こういわれました。
「入金確認できるまでは商品の発送はしないでください」
私の口座に入金確認できたらすぐに完璧な梱包でギターを発送します。ご安心ください。

The reason why I cannot ship the guitar yet is because I have not been able to confirm your payment. The person in charge at Paypal said to me
"Please do not ship until you confirm payment."
However, please do not worry. You are able to pay by wire transferring to my bank account as well. I will ship it as soon as possible after confirming it and then ship with complete packing.

I called your company and confirmed with the operator that there is no problem regarding papers. However it still has not been shipped and I am wondering why. Although He/she said she would take care of it as soon as possible I have not heard anything from him/her until this point. It passed one week since I requested the shipping. I think you understood that the lenz for SIGMA　AF170-500/5-6.3　APO that you have and SIGMA　2X　TELECONVERTER both do not have a deficiency but they do not conform specification each other. We proposed to refund the price of the product as a solution. Doesn't that satisfy you?

1. It is our corporate policy commensurate with the applicable laws of India for exports, that we shall not be entering into any contract of export unless a Deposit in advance against our export is given. We have reworked on Deposit advance with you at $ ****.

2. If you are getting products inclusive of shipping that means you are getting products at its bare cost and commercially it make sense for you to buy from that source.

I therefore, suggest you to please keep on buying from that source and please do not enter into contract with us because you will loose money while dealing with us on account of shipping charges.
