Hi, I went on line and it tells me that Express mail International Flat rate padded envelope is 38.00 to Japan plus insurance makes it 3.50 more than the small priority box. Insurance is 27.75 It is packaged already in the small box, and the cheapest safe delivery to you. I hope this is ok and I will get it in the mail today.
