前回、ＡＤ２１を注文しました。ＰＩの用紙にもＡＤ２１と記載されていましたが、実際に配送されてきたのが、ＡＤ２１Ｐでした。その後、お客様からファンの音量が大きいなど苦情もありました。
今回はまた前回と同じＡＤ２１です。ＡＤ２１Ｐではありませんので、配送の際に間違ってＡＤ２１Ｐを送らないようにお願いします。お客様からもその点を念押しされていますのでよろしくお願いします。入金はすぐに可能です。

I ordered "AD21" last time. Although there is a description of "AD21" in the PI, the actual delivered product was "AD21P. And later, there is a claim from our customer that the noise of fun is quite large.

I understood the situation that the international delivery has been delayed due to the pandemic of coronavirus.
We are patient to wait for the delivery until it arrives in May.
The products of other makers are delivered through TNT or FEDEX. I would like to change the type of delivery from my next order since TNT and FEDEX do not have an effect and they deliver products on time as usual.
Inspection of international transactions have been tightened by Japanese government since April, and it is going to take a few more time to send. I am glad to notice it in advance.

1. About manner
・The communication with clients which you chewed a gum, ate something, or stayed relaxed on the sofa was rude and it is not good.
・It is important to look at the eyes for communications.

・事前にクライアントから共有されている資料を全て読んでいない人がいる

・ファクト、数字、エビデンスに基づいた仮説ではないケースがある
・論点を明確にせず、ただ、フィードバックをくださいというのはNG

I will send prototypes for Big Idea Meeting which is scheduled on March 18th, Wednesday of the United States in the following separate two FEDEX couriers. They will arrive by 11am, March 16th of the United States.

I can start to create once you accept the price. If you accept my offer this week, I will be able to ship from Tokyo office to the oversea office by the end of March. Samples without decorations will be shipped as well, which are free. I would like you to pay directly from TI to the design firm in Japan after their deliverty. TI will owe any transaction fees. The half part of the mold for Product S was paid by our company. That is why we will not be able to agree that the seller sells the SE.

3) Despite some feedbacks to the contrary - most items WERE sent. What I find most disappointing of all - is that some of the feedbacks I have recieved, definitely WOULD have recieved their items (they paid for untracked), and are no doubt profiteering from my bankruptcy. I find that distasteful.

4) Due to limited funds I had ALL ITEMS that were sent, were sent UNTRACKED. This is only fair to all customers. Had I sent some items tracked - I would not have had the money to send others at all.

5) ALL UNSENT STOCK IS NOW THE PROPERTY OF THE OFFICIAL RECIEVER (UK LAWWILL BE IN THEIR POSSESSION AT THE TIME OF THIS EMAIL.

1) Due to tax bills, huge increases in fees, postal costs, taxes, etc - on the 17th February I went officially bankrupt. I have been forced to sell everything (house / car / etc) and have nothing.

韓国植毛ツアー会社やトルコ植毛ツアー会社等も全て前払いが基本となっているので、患者も納得頂いていると考えて頂いて結構です。
最初は極力シンプルな方法でスタートし、私達の共同ビジネスが軌道にのってきたら患者へのサービス拡大の一環として支払いオプションを増やすことを検討する、というのはいかがでしょうか？

I think it is fair enough that patients understand payment before providing our services since hair transplant surgery companies in South Korea and Turkey also have this payment system. Starting in the simplest way and thinking later of increasing payment methods as parts of more services for patients as our cooperative business goes on a right track.
