※1ロックナットの溶接が不十分で回そうと思ったら全て取れてしまいました。他の品番のロックナットも一か所曲がっていたりと不良が多かったです。

※2の座面のような木目の物は極力省いていただけると助かります。不良ではないと思いますが、お客様によってはクレーム対象になってしまいます。次回以降参考にして頂けると幸いです。

1 The weld on lock nut was not enough. It came out when I tried to turn. Other lot number's lock nut are also warp and I found many defectives.
2 It would be great if you avoid using the wood panel on seat. I don't think it's defective but it may become reasons for claims by customers. Please keep it in mind.

オーストラリアで商品が止まったのも
こちらに非があると主張されていますが
これもpaypalの住所に送っています。
伝票を確認すればわかります。
そして、こちらの商品情報と違うと主張されていますが
その部分は当店は記載しておりません。

それに関税代などの返金をしろっと言っています。
これは明らかにebayのポリシーに反します。

商品を返送してくれれば
返金に応じますが
あまりにも事実と異なるので困っています。

I told about that to the buyer but the buyer said he has not received any contacts.
He says the reason the item has been suspended in Australia is our fault but we sent it to Paypal's address.
It is obvious if I check the receipt.
Also he says the information about the product is different but we didn't mention about that.
In addition he ask the refund for tariff. This is clearly against ebay policy.

I will accept refund if he returns the product but his claim is too different from the fact so I confuse.

I checked the product on ebay before I sent email. Then I found you sell this product for $61.79 on ebay so I wonder if you can buy cheap price like before. Why does price go up to 66.48 if I pay by paypal although the price is 61.79 on ebay. It would be great if I can buy cheaper.

I asked the staff of warehouse about payment terms, the staff said this time it is cash on delivery.
To who do I need to talk about the cost? Can I tell your contact information to them? All boxes are not in as packing list describes. Because products are put in box after doing the tag process at warehouse. Does anyone check the numbers of products delivered into warehouse at there? This manufacture sometimes run out of stock after payment for product is done. Can you ask the manufacturer if they still have stocks or not?
