original As it was advised by ebay, I submitted the objection to the Paypal problem solve center. Right after that, I called to Paypal and told that it was the problem on the way to delivery, then I was told that Paypal will take care of this problem since it was the problem of delivery by Global Shipping Program by eBay and I'm relieved to hear that.
