HMRCの監査が終了し、VATが完了するまで通常どれぐらい期間が必要でしょうか？

ドイツの件も承知しました。
VAT登録はするつもりですがやはりUKのサスペンド解除がされるのを
待ってからにしたいです。

8.2 In the event of default or failure by CUSTOMER to perform any of the terms, covenants or provisions of this Agreement, CUSTOMER shall have thirty (30) days after the giving of written notice of such default by PRODUCER to correct such default. If such default is not corrected within the said thirty (30) day period, PRODUCER shall have the right, at its option, to cancel and terminate this Agreement. The failure of PRODUCER to exercise such right of termination for any non-payment or otherwise shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any right PRODUCER might have, nor shall such failure preclude PRODUCER from exercising or enforcing said right upon any subsequent failure by CUSTOMER.

8.2 
　 顧客が本契約の条項、約款またはいずれかの条件を履行しなかった場合もしくは債務不履行の場合、顧客は製作者からの書面による不履行通知がなされてから30日以内に是正しなければならない。
　上記不履行が上記30日以内に是正されない場合、製作者は本条項により本契約を取り消し終了する権利を有するものする。
　製作者が未払いまたはその他の事由により生じた上記権利を行使しなった場合、製作者が権利放棄したものとは見做されず、以後の顧客による不履行に際して製作者が当該権利を行使もしくは執行することを妨げるものではない。

5月にご連絡頂いたサイズよりも大きい箱で届きました。
届いた箱はそのまま返品しましたので中を見ていません。
また私たちは申し訳ございませんが商品を1箱から2箱に分ける作業は行えません。
EMSではなくてUPSでなら発送も可能ですが送料がかなり高額になります。
実際の重量ではなく商品の大きさで決まる容積重量というものが採用されます。
実重量と容積重量のどちらか重たい方で計算されます。
1kgが概ね2000円ほどになります。
もしそれでもいいのであれば私が電話で交渉して代わりに手配します。
