Finally, my concern is why one is in the box from the brand and packed properly (I thought that this one is not defective until I got it out of the box) and another is without the brand box and damaged even they are 2 identical goods from the same store.

In addition to that, packing material is necessary in order to avoid further damage to the bulged broken handle. I am not in a logistic industry, so I have to purchase the box and packing materials to protect the item. If I find it difficult to pack by myself, I may have to order to the agent to do it for me.
