As you may understand from the following email from the Seller, the Seller has no intention of delivering it again. Therefore, the displayed message that the item will be delivered again between Feb. 10 to Mar. 27 is wrong. The Seller is also asking me to use the compensation system. By most definitions, it can not take 3 months to deliver it from Canada to Japan. It usually takes around 2 weeks. The item has already been mistakenly delivered to Hokkaido, Japan and the Seller has no intention of delivering it again. I would like you to make a refund to me as soon as possible. ゴムはその性質上温度が低いと硬度が増します。

急ぎでなければ暖かい部屋の中に置いておけば元に戻ります。

その部分をドライヤーで温めてあげると、簡単に歪みを直すことができますよ！

但しドライヤーをゴムに近づけすぎないように注意してくださいね。
温めすぎると熱変性して色が変わってしまいます。

Don't worry!
If you warm it up with a hair dryer, you can easily fix it!

When warming it up, please make sure to move the dryer not too close to the rubber.

This order was send by standard post. As you can see, the expected delivery date is between Dec. 16 to Jan. 13. I got an AtoZ claim from a buyer who insists that it will not be delivered by Christmas. In this case, am I to blame?

Under usual circumstances, it will be delivered by Christmas. Even if it won't, I think it also satisfies the conditions of the standard post. The buyer even demanded a discount on the item. I believe what he does is wrong. If the buyer rejects to receive the item so that it will be returned to me, it is OK for him to cancel the order. I would appreciate your right decision on this.
