以下の理由からBの金型を流用した製品開発は個人的にはお勧めしません
１）元製品単価が弊社ターゲットコストより高く、過去に流用を断念してた経緯あり。
２）量産工場がICTI認可ではない。
３）量産ベンダーはNW社で、金型をICTI認可工場に移動しTHK社生産にするには、面倒な東京本社との調整必要。
４）元企画を提案した会社にロイヤリティの支払いが発生します。

事務的調整の労力をかけるよりは、投資がかかりますが自社機構開発した方が安く作れそうです。結果出来上がる機構も弊社の資産になります。

I personally can't recommend the development of a product which re-uses the mold for B because of the following reasons
1) The unit cost of the base product is higher than our company's target cost, and in the past it was a case of giving up on re-using it.
2) The mass production plant doesn't have ICTI approval.
3) The mass production vendor is NW company, and transferring it to a plant with a mold that is ICTI approved, and for it to be produced by THK company, needs careful co-ordination with the Tokyo head office.
4) There is a royalty payment for the company which submitted the original plan.

Since the practical co-ordination takes some effort, there is an investment to be made, but it appears we can make it more cheaply by means of developing our company's mechanisms. The result is that the completed mechanisms also become an asset for our company.

A社の既存商品Dの金型をM企画の新製品に流用するアイデアの件に関しSさんと話ました。

以下の理由で当該商品の金型流用は基本的行わない事にしていた旨を彼女に説明しております。

１：Dの量産工場はICTIの承認工場ではない。
*弊社ポリシーで量産工場はICTIの認可工場でばければならないと決められております。

２：1の理由からもし型を流用して新商品の生産を行う場合には金型をICTI認可別工場に移管する必要がある。

I spoke with Ms. S about the idea to re-use the mold of A company's existing product D for the planned new product M.

I explained to her the gist of the following reason that the said product's mold basically cannot be re-used.

1: The mass production plant for D isn't recognized by ICTI.
*It's been decided through company policy that the mass production plant must change radically to be an ICTI recognized plant.

2: Because of the reason in 1, in the case of the production of a new product which uses the mold, the mold will need to be transferred to a separate plant recognized by ICTI.

３：現量産ベンダーは東京本社の外部協力会社のN社である。故に日本市場向け製品との量産日程調整や金型異動交渉/作業や金型移動書類手続きに多くの手間がかかり過ぎ効率的に事が進まない可能性高い。

４：そもそも現製品のコストは弊社の想定より高い。
Dと似た仕様であれば、弊社で投資をかけて新たにTH社と開発した方が絶対に早く適切なコストの商品が出来る筈です。

3: The current mass production vendor is N company, an external contract manufacturer of the Tokyo head office. Therefore, it takes a lot of time for the co-ordination of the schedule of mass production of products aimed at the Japanese market, the discussions/operations for the transfer of the mold, and the procedure for the mold transfer documents, and there is a high possibility that it will not proceed efficiently.

4. From the start, the cost of the current product is higher than our company supposed.
If there is a specification that resembles D, our company should be able to make an investment in a new method of development with TH company and make the product at an appropriate cost as soon as possible.

💀ニコチン
有害成分ではありますが、
発ガン性物質ではありません。
不眠や頭痛・血圧の上昇・血管の収縮・心拍数増加などを引き起こす作用があります。また、依存度が非常に高くタバコをなかなか辞められないのはそのためです。

💀Tar
The light brown stuff that clings to the filter... that is tar.
It contains dozens of the above carcinogens, including benzopyrene.
Clinging to cells→as it's a cause of cancer, there is a high risk of lung cancer, cancer of the larynx and so on.

『Great damage with not one advantage』... there is not one good thing about its unique common features.
You should make an effort to quit smoking, by tightening your resolve even more.

◎代表的な禁断症状のひとつ『眠気』

禁煙で一番、辛いことは禁断症状です。
そのひとつに『眠気』は、禁煙中に最も起こりやすい症状であると言われています。
今日はどうして、眠くなるのか…? 対処法は…? 簡単にまとめました。

・どうして、眠くなるのか…?
ニコチンには脳を覚醒させる物資が含まれているのですが、それが禁煙により覚醒物資が不足して眠くなるのです。
禁煙中に眠くなるのは、身体が正常な状態に戻ろうとしてる合図。個人差はありますが、数週間〜3ヶ月程で眠気は次第に落ち着いてくるでしょう。

◎One of the examples of withdrawal symptoms is 『sleepiness』

For one of those things, "sleepiness", is said to be the the symptom which occurs the most easily while quitting smoking.

Nicotine includes materials which arouse the brain, and because there is a deficiency of those arousing materials while quitting smoking, you become sleepy.
Getting sleepy while quitting smoking is a sign that the body is returning to normality. There are individual differences, but sleepiness gradually abates in about several weeks to months.

・対処法は…?
特に効果的という訳ではありませんが、基本は規則正しい生活を送ることです。
あとは仮眠をとる、お茶やコーヒーなどのカフェインを摂取する。ただし、コーヒーの飲み過ぎは胃を痛めてしまいますから注意して下さいね。
水を飲んで、気分をリフレッシュさせるのもいいでしょう。

無事に乗り越えることができれば、ひとつ目の山を越えたと思っていいのではないでしょうか。そして、禁煙駅伝の追い風となってくれるはずです。
