加工後品は次工程に移動している為、ないはずだが残っていた場合、Gカンバンの次区を記入
組付区:最終出荷のカンバンのみ記入(部品・仕掛品については記入しない)
ロケーション:棚卸場所記入
最終出荷のカンバン記載の包装を記入(D00、DYG等)、部品000仕掛品は000またはZZZと記入
6ケタ4ケタで記入
数量:材料のみ小数点あり
単位:備考欄参考(材料KG、長尺インシュMT)
計数器使用した場合 有に○印を記入
収容数、箱数、端数の計算式は必ず記入

Before the first process of a production system, fill out the main section column on G-Kanban.

A processed part must be moved to next process, and It supposed to not be remained in the previous process. But if it was remained in the previous process, fill out the next section column in G-Kanban.

Assembly location : Fill out only the Kanban of the final shipping process. (Do not fill out it for the parts and in-process parts)

Location: fill out the stock location

Fill out the packaging column on the final shipping process Kanban (Ex. D00, DYG). Use 000 for parts. Use 000 or ZZZ for in-process parts.
Use 6 digits and 4 digits to fill it out.

Quantity: Including a decimal point for only material handling

Units: See the reference column. (Ex. Material KG, Long-Insu MT)

If you used a counter, put ○ on YES.

品番(数字)の読み間違いによるトラブル(不良)事例
部品表を読み違い、違う部品を手配した。
作業要領書の治具番号を読み違い、不良品を造った。
図面の構成品番を読み違い、違う部品を組み付けた。
納品リストの品番を読み違い、違う伝票を付けた。
注文伝票の品番と在庫保管棚の品番を読み違い、異品を納品した。
アルファベットと数字の見間違い。

※ メジャ設変(設計変更)は、性能、機能、外観、形状等大きな変更で旧品と互換性無し
※ マイナ設変符号は、△の中に変更回数を書く
