基本理念は、会社経営陣の夢や希望、理想・存在理由などを文字にして表現したもので、企業ビジョンは経営理念をより具体化したものです。
社会貢献・対顧客・対従業員・自己実現などに関する目的・目標などが必要要件です。経営理念は社員とのコンセンサスを得たもので、会社の憲法でありますので、情勢の変化やトップ
の交代により変更される事もありますが、基本的には変更はされず永続的に具現化されて行くものとなります。
