次に円を書きます

上の長方形の中心(長さの真ん中)に中で接する円を書いて下さい。
次に縦の長方形の左側のスペースに2等辺三角形を書きます。
三角形は下の長方形の左上の角から書いて、上の長方形の左下の角に接します。
2等辺三角形の高さは上の方へ先ほど書いた円の上側のライン(高さ)と合せます。
次に2つ目の2等辺三角形を上の長方形の右側のスペースに書きます。
先ほど書いた三角形を上下を逆にした逆2等辺三角形を書きます。
三角形の2つの頂点は下と上の長方形の面に接していく

Next, draw a circle.

Please draw a circle in the center (middle of the length) contacting to inside of the rectangle above.
Next, draw an isosceles triangle at the space on the left of the vertical rectangle.
Draw a triangle from the upper-left corner of the rectangle below by connecting the lower-left corner of the above rectangle.
Match the height of the isosceles triangle on the way up to the upper line (height) of the circle that was drawn previously.
Next, draw the second isosceles triangle at the space on the right of the rectangle above.
Draw an isosceles triangle that is upside down to the triangle that was drawn previously.
Connect the edges of the above and below rectangles by using 2 vertices of the triangle.

一般的な定義では、計測器とは長さ、重さ、電圧等の物理的な量の大きさを測るものをいいますが、ASではこれらに加え、ゲージ等の判定を行う測定器具も含まれる。

量の大きさとは、長さ、重さ、個数等の大きさをいい、物理的状態とは、量の大きさを含む温度、圧力、電圧等の大きさをいう。

規定要求事項(検査基準書)を満たしているかどうかを検証し、適合(良品)・不適合(不良品)を判断すること。

工程能力が不足している場合は製品ロットの中に不良品が混じるので全数検査を行って不良品を排除しなければならない

Translation

In normal definition, measuring instrument is known as a tool which is used to measure the size of physical amount like length, weight or voltage. However, with AS, we also include the measuring instruments that has criteria like gauge to these amount as well.

Length, weight, and quantity are known as the size of amount. The temperature, pressure or voltage including the size of amount are known as Physical condition.

We need to inspect whether the product fulfills Control requirement list (Inspection standard document) in order to judge that product is Pass (good product) or Failed (defective product).

In case the efficiency of the process is not good enough, the defective products are mixing in the production lot. Therefore, the inspection is required to be done for every piece of products in order to eliminate those defective products.
