Phnom Penh Tower is also one of the big and high rise buildings in Phnom Penh city. It has 22 floors and it is belonged to Korean Investors. It was constructed by a big Korean company name Hyundai Motor Group. Unlike the other buildings, The Gold Tower 42 which was the Korean iconic building in Cambodia is being stuck during the construction. The construction had been stopped and it is now about 20 floors which the expected floors are 42. Beside those high rise buildings, Phnom Penh city also has many Apartment buildings and International Hotel building for the foreign investors and tourism who like to have short stay or long stay.

プノンペンタワーもプノンペンの街の大規模な高層ビルの1つです。韓国の投資家が所有するこのタワーは22階建てで、ヒュンダイモーターグループという韓国の大企業によって建築されました。カンボジアにおける韓国の象徴的なビルであったゴールドタワー42は、他のビルとは異なり、その建築が中断されています。ビルの予定されていた高さは42階建てですが、現在20階で建築が中断されています。これらの高層ビルの他に、プノンペンには共同住宅用のビルや、外国からの投資家や観光客が短期から長期に渡り滞在するために利用する国際的なホテルのビルも数多く存在します。

From what you've said, it sounds like that before you were able to search for items by locations and now that tab is not available. For example you could search for items that were available for shipping to Japan and now that option is no longer available.

I did some research for your question and it looks like that recently there have been some changes made on our site. The reason why we took off that column is because before our Japanese members could view all the items that were sold on eBay (even the ones that did not ship to Japan) and now with these new changes, you only see the items that ship to Japan.

この件について調べてみましたが、最近弊社のサイトに変更が加えられたようです。これまでは、eBayで売られているすべてのアイテム（日本に発送できないアイテムを含む）が日本のメンバーに対して表示されるようになっていましたが、現在は日本向けに発送できるアイテムだけが表示されるように変更されたため、この列がなくなりました。
