When I ordered above item for 30 units, you charged me as shipping cost for €39.9 (€19.95X2 ). This item weighs 0.75kg each and 30 should be 22.5kg. I understand DHL allows one package if weighs under 30kg. Why can't you send in one package? When I ordered 14 of ABUS GRANIT X-PLUS540230EaZyKF, which weighs 1.7kg each, you charged me for one package shipment. These last shipment weigh more than this present order. If you charge me for two separate packages, I will have no profit. Could you tell me what is the maximum number of units that you can put in one package?

Living in Japan, I don't have occasion to think about "poverty" so deeply. "Happiness" if also perceived on condition that a person has sufficient clothing and food. However, coming to an emerging countries, this condition gets desroyed and it makes me think what truely "happiness" is fundamentally.

Japanese teachers have received high education in Japan. But their knowledge is incredibly limited, yet their passion for knowledge is much higher than that of developed countries.

This was the reason I wanted to talk to them but my language was too limited.

My motivation until next Japanese study trip is to acquire as much language as possible so I can have a deep discussion with them about "happiness".

In Japan, we learn English as a part of compulsory study but there are only a few who can speak well in real life.

We are behind Western countries but gradually the importance of UI/UX in Web Marketing is starting to be recognised. As you mentioned, how to overcome this "language barrier" is a key when we want to expand Japanese market.

You are right. The price includes VAT.
It is wrong when an item is sent to Japan.
VAT is European Tax so items sent to Japan should be exempt of VAT, should be charged after deduting VAT.
When an item is shipped outside the Europe, you should't have to pay this tax.
Any other online shops charge without VAT prices when products are sent outside the Europe.
