Strange as it may sseem, the early backward wrist break is a positive aid to both timing and rhythm. Considering all the other good things the break does for us, this is icing on the cake. But it is true.
To understand precisely how this happens we will take another and closer look at the break itself, and also at the human wrist.
Let's take the wrist first. the wrist consists, inthe main, of seven small bones and seven ligaments, and there aer four basic directions in which it may move:

The SixReps Strategy

SixReps is a social network for fitness enthusiasts which has enjoyed tremendous growth in the last couple of months.

Co-founder, Denny Santoso, came over to Singapore two weeks ago and we had a great discussion on SixReps. It was a great session as Denny shared his strategy and philosophy for his start-up. The key to success, as he explained, is still by providing real benefits to users.

1. Can you share with us your current goals for SixReps?

Right now our current goal is to develop a better infrastructure for scalability. We’re going global soon, so we have to be ready in terms of server, features, and API development for third party apps. If we’re going global and expanding the service to more countries, it also means we’re gonna need to educate more people about the benefit of being a Sixreps member.

Providing benefits is key. With more members joining SixReps.com, we need to provide them with real benefits. Since SixReps.com is the bridge between fitness-related businesses and customers, we have to collaborate with more business to provide more benefits to the users. For example, by getting more fitness center to join SixReps.com and to provide ‘Free Trial Memberships’ to members would be a ideal win-win situation. Users who tried and like the service will sign up for the fitness package.

2.ゴール達成の戦略は何ですか？

In fact, we’re in talks with a fitness supplement company in the US to expand our service abroad. Both parties saw mutual benefits of working together. That company has a huge fitness network in more than a hundred countries. I will share more after the deal is sealed

3. Cool. Congrats! What are the most difficult barriers toward achieving your goal?

The industry itself is so huge and with so many fitness center and merchants we can work with. We just needed a way or strategy to make things happen in the shortest time possible. For example, in Indonesia, we have about 1200-1500 fitness center. How to reach all of them in the shortest time possible is a challenge. So far, most merchants like our idea.

The outfit is marked Julia 1968 on the tag. Both doll and outfit are in excellent condition. The knees bend and hold The eyelashes are full and there are no splits or missing fingers.

Sina’s LBS, WeiLingDi, targets 1 million users by June 2011

GMIC day 2. We are spending more time on the ground talking to the booths. Amongst the booths include Sina’s Weibo, QQ Weibo, Datou, adSage, UCWeb, gypSII etc.

Sina’s Weibo booth is featured on the prominent area, near the entrance to the conference. I stopped by and talked to Alon Lin, the product manager of Weilingdi, Sina’s LBS network.

After open beta testing since March, Sina launched its LBS service, WeiLingDi officially yesterday (April 27) at GMIC.

During the demo, Alon showed me the 3D ”i-Code” sign-in terminal, which ensures the actual presence of customers at certain location. So far, they are providing this device to all merchants that partner with the service. Looks quite bulky to me.

So far, WeiLingDi has signed Costa Coffee for in-store promotions at all Beijing branches, for example, upgrading from medium to large cup and gifting the mayor a box of coffee beans.

3月から行った公開ベータテストの後、SinaはそのLBSサービス、WeiLingDiが公式に昨日（4月27日）、GMICとなりました。

Lofty goals for existing Chinese LBS players, not so lofty for Sina?

WeiLingDi is targeting around 1 million users by June 2010, that is impressive given Foursquare took 11 months to reach the 1 million mark. Currently Jiepang, China’s leading LBS launched in May 2010, has around 800,000 users and Suzhou-based LBS K.ai has around 200,000 users.

中国の既存のLBSプレーヤーにとって非常に高い目標は、Sinaにとってそれほど高い目標ではない？

WeiLingDi is focused on replicating the promotion strategy of Sina blogs and Weibo, which focused on celebrity users. The “chasing star” feature top user Yang Mi, with over 3,000 fans so far, received over 3,000 comments after signing into a location. As mentioned in our post earlier, we are skeptical as to whether stars will be as willing to engage in an LBS as a blog, given privacy issues.

However, as the check-ins are pushed toward 100 million Weibo users’ feed, WeiLingDi’s 1 million mark might not be as lofty as it sounds.
