Stories about teachers and students falling in love are nothing new, yet I'd think progressive stories that teachers see eye-to-eye with students are mostly trending in Japanimation as of late.
Whatever you say, aren't teachers real charming? As expected of "teacher" nonetheless, the choice shared even by animation world is made up at one fell swoop.

It is a fairy-tale well-known from children to adults in Japan.
Well then, about the said "Okayama Fair was renamed as Momotarou Fair" mentioned in the beginning...

The mayor was possessed by a spirit, it seems.
That was some sort of PR tactics along the lines of humor
the same goes for the special Christmas service train that didn't get called Momotarou but "KURO"(black), named casually as homage to the beautiful and black facade of the historical Okayama Castle (also known as Crow Castle)
perhaps it's just their sense of humor.

Amid the war, anarchy, and merciless deaths, a civilian, Seabook Arno, escapes from the colony with his friends to avoid attacks. However, Cecily Fairchild, one of Arno's party, gets abducted by C・V. Cecily turns out to be Meitzer Ronah's separated granddaughter, Berah Ronah. Meitzer Ronah is the establisher of "Post Aristocratism." Seabook and his party reach a nearby colony "Frontier Ⅰ," where they are taken into protective custody by Space Ark, a training ship, of Earth Federation Force.
