不具合工程
半完成品（未加工品）を用いてﾜｰｸｱﾝﾛｯｸをさせていた為、完成品と勘違いして混入させた

未加工品は検査カプラが抜けることで検出可能と思っていたが、実際には、抜ける場合と抜けない場合があった。

新工程立上げ時は、他工場・ラインと同等以上となるよう検討していますか？
工程保証は理屈と実際の検証の裏づけで、確認するようにしていますか？

新製品立上げの工程保証は、現物と理屈の両面で検証を行う
