Hi further to are conversation through ebay, paypal have now frozen the money you paid me. If you have the item could you let them know, if it hasn't turned up I would have refunded you today in full but as you took action against me?
I can't do this until paypal and or ebay either release your funds to me or you. I don't know how long this will take as I have never been in this situation before I'm know down a item and the money, if you check my feedback you'll see I'm an honest ebayer

but I can't pay you now because paypal have your money moreover I can't understand why you took action against me when I offered you a full refund but you have and seems now you may have to wait longer as it's out of my hands I have no control over the item and no control of the payment you made to me,
I suggest you contact ebay or paypal as regards your refund as I have given them the money you gave me or should I say they took the money out of my account,
I'm sorry things have turned out this way but I haven't done anything wrong I haven't ignored you and I can't control the postal system or paypal policy but in good grace I apologise for any inconvenience.

It has been brought to my attention that one of the dealers in Europe has send an email to all his costumers about AutoBarn and our models. Even though in the past 18 years of doing this I have never bothered to answer or respond to anyone or any email like this. BingDian Hotels App Lets Users Check-In to Auctions, Loyalty Discounts

A new Chinese startup has launched that claims to help hotels sell more directly to consumers and thereby build up better customer loyalty than on conventional e-commerce platforms. Its BingDian Hotels app is now live on iOS, packed with an array of mid- to higher-range hotel chains who are active partners in the venture.

BingDian wants to help those hotels chains to offer discounts and benefits to loyal customers whilst still allowing them to book via the app – something generally not possible with major online booking sites such as Ctrip (NASDAQ:CTRP) or eLong (NYSE:GA) where people tend to pick accommodation at random depending on changing needs.

When travelers take up membership cards with a partner hotel, those too can be stored within the BingDian app, making them easier to access and make use of next time someone makes a new booking. Current partner chains include cheaper venues such as HanTing business motels right up to global brands such as Shangri-La, Sheraton, Hyatt, etc.

Tencent CEO: Weixin Group Messaging App Hits 100 Million Users

Tencent’s (HKG:0700) CEO, Ma Hua Teng – also known as Pony Ma – has said on his microblog page [1] that his company’s group messaging service, Weixin, has just hit 100 million users.

Tencent(騰訊、HKG:0700)のCEOであるMa Hua TengはPony Maとして知られており、マイクロブログ[1]でTencentのグループメッセージングアプリであるWeixinがユーザー数1億人に到達したと書いている。

Weixin, already the world’s biggest group messaging app, has thus doubled its userbase since last December, when it passed the 50 million milestone [2]. From that rate of progress, it appears to be picking up new fans at the rate of about 3.5 million a week. Since Tencent’s newest success is one of the rare Chinese social media to go global, having recently added support for signing up using your phone number in dozens of countries, it’s not clear how many of the 100 million users are based in China.

Pony Ma’s message on his Tencent Weibo page (pictured above), posted at 4am today Beijing time, says simply, “Finally, past a hundred million.” It has already been retweeted over 1,800 times. He might be referring to downloads of the app, but in the past Tencent has only celebrated user milestones on Weixin, so hopefully they’re being consistent with that here.

Tencent is China’s leading social media company, primarily thanks to its QQ instant-messenger and its suite of social games. Recently, the Shenzhen-based company has been trying to keep pace with trend with more of a focus on smartphones and even the Mac.

Weixin, in the mould of Talkbox and Whatsapp, launched in January 2011. Weixin is largely disconnected from QQ – though there’s the option of using your QQ credentials to login, though the QQ ID becomes irrelevant within the usage of the app – so its success can’t be explained away by confused QQ users sort of stumbling into using the Weixin apps. It has versions for iOS, Android, Symbian, and Windows Phone.

China’s MIIT To Release Privacy Protection Standards

Protecting your personal information online is important. And a series of high-profile hacks late last year shed light on the fact that many companies are storing information for too long and doing too little to protect it. Recently, officials at China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology revealed that the Ministry has been collaborating with more than thirty other work units on a collection of guidelines that could become the national standards for online privacy protection.

オンラインで個人情報を守ることは重要である。昨年起きた一連の派手なハッキング行為により、多くの企業が情報を相当長期間に渡り個人情報を蓄積してきたが保護にはほとんど対策をしてこなかったという事実が注目を浴びた。最近になって中国工信部当局が30以上のワークユニットと共同でガイドラインのために情報を集め、オンラインでの個人情報保護の国内基準を制定することになった。

Wang says that Amazon China hasn’t yet “reached its peak” — which of course is what any good CEO would say — but personally, I’m hoping he’s right. Amazon China doesn’t offer the selection of some other online B2C malls, but it’s easy-to-navigate customer service and the fact that it allows payment by COD for all items (yes, some other sites do this too) has made it my personal favorite B2C site, so I’m hoping it sticks around.

Wang’s lack of fear isn’t entirely misplaced. True, Amazon China currently commands a paltry 2.2 percent of the market (by total revenue share, according to these numbers). But that giant block of “others” — hundreds of tiny sites that command only fractions of a percentage point of the market — indicates that the market is likely to consolidate and fluctuate in the coming years.

The Sina Weibo App is Very, Very Addictive!

The real-name saga is ongoing in China, but I’m still able to tweet via Sina Weibo through its iPhone app. I have to admit that the real-name controversy keeps me going back to Weibo recently to check if the rule has been enforced or if I really need to put in my real identity. So while on the app I’m either weibo-ing or gaming.

Its iPhone app is like a mini social mobile gaming center. The games are pretty straight forward, much like the games you play on Mobage or GREE. But the ease of social communication makes it special. I usually weibo and then head over to the game section and then back to weibo. My favorite game is poker, which is usually fast and quite addictive to play. The Three Kingdom game looks interesting but is slow to load for me.
