・前回レポートにて指摘したが改善されていない
・液晶画面のバックライトが点灯しない
・交換部品が無い為、販売不可能品として処置保留
・液晶基板に緑の毛糸付着
・本体背面に毛糸が挟まっている
・液晶画面の表示が異常
・リモコン用の付属単四電池が欠品している、当社にて単四電池を別途購入して対処した
・シリカゲルの袋が破れ、中身が本体内に混入している
・内部カバーのビスが脱落している。他のビスも増締め不良
・本体底面のゴム足が1つ取り付けられていない
・電源アダプタを接続しても電源が入らない

<制作過程>
・制作過程で起きてしまった事故等に関しては、事故発生後翌営業日までに営業開発部長を中心とした「緊急業務ミーティング」を開催し、また、問題が生じていない場合でも、週に1回、営業部と制作部でミーティングを行っております。

<印刷過程>
・印刷及び配送時に起きた事故につきましては、各協力会社と合同で月1回定例開催される「品質向上委員会」とは別に「緊急対策会議」を実施することで事例を各現場に共有し、クライアント様への改善策の報告、
