第14条（本サービスの終了）

当社は、本サービスの全部又は一部を終了することができるものとします。万一当該終了によってユーザが何らかの損害を被ったとしても、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

第15条（紛争の解決）

本規約の条項の解釈、または本サービスの利用等に関連して疑義などが生じた場合、さらに本規約に定めのない事項について疑義などが生じた場合、当社とユーザは、双方誠意をもって協議し、円満に解決するものとします。

第16条（準拠法、合意管轄裁判所）

本規約は、日本法に準拠して解釈されるものとします。本サービス利用に関し紛争が生じた際には、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 15（Conflict resolution）

If there is any dispute happening related to the interpretation of this contract’s articles, usage of this service and articles not difined in this contract, our company and users are talking together with sincerity and solving the problem peacefully.

Article 16（governing laws, agreement jurisdictional courts）

This contract is interpreted according to Japanese laws. If there is any conflict happened, we are regarding Tokyo District Court as agreement jurisdictional court especially for first trials.

第9条（設備等自己責任）

1．本サービスを利用するために必要な通信機器、コンピュータ、ソフトウェア、その他これらに付随して必要となる全ての機器は、ユーザが自己の責任と費用において準備し、本サービスを利用可能な状態に置くものとします。また同様に、ユーザは自己の責任と費用により本サービスを利用するために必要となる通信環境を整え、任意の電気通信サービスを経由して本サービスに接続するものとします。

2．ユーザは、自己の責任と費用において、自己の利用環境に応じたセキュリティ対策（コンピュータウィルスの感染、不正アクセス及び情報漏洩の防止等）を講じるものとします。

第10条（禁止事項）

ユーザ及びアカウント登録者は、本規約の他の条項及び当社が別途定める諸規程で禁止した行為のほか、本サービスに関して以下の行為を行わないものとします。

（1）個人情報の漏洩・プライバシー侵害。

（2）違法行為・犯罪行為・自殺等の自損行為を誘発・助長する表現や言動。

（3）誹謗中傷やわいせつな内容など他人に嫌悪感を与える表現や言動。

Article 9（self-responsibility for equipment　etc.）

1．Users have to prepare all the equipments necessary to use this service such as computers, software or any other peripheral devices with their own expense and responsibilities. They also have to make this service available using those equipments. In addition, users have to arrange the communication environment under which you can use this service and have to connect to this service through an optional telecommunication service with their own responsibility and expense.

2． Users have to build some security systems（against the infection of computer virus, illegal access, or leak of information） which are suitable for your environment respectively with their own responsibility and expense.

Article 10（prohibited matter）
Users or account registrants are not allowed to do any activities below toward this service beside ones banned by this contract and other rules we set separately.

（1）leak of personal information, invasion of privacy

（2）expressions or acts which could cause or encourage other violated acts, criminal acts, own-injury acts such as suicides.

（3）expressions or acts which make people feel repulsive such as mental abuse or indecent acts

（4）名誉毀損・侮辱する表現や言動。

（5）著作権その他の知的財産権等他人の財産権侵害。

（5）第三者になりすまして本サービスを利用する行為。

（7）公序良俗に反する表現や言動。

（8）営業妨害、営業広告宣伝。

（9）商業目的での本サービスの利用。

（1０）スパムメール、チェーンレター、その他勧誘を目的とするコンテンツ等の掲載、開示、提供または送付行為。

（11）本サービスまたは本サービスに接続しているハードウエア、ネットワーク、ソフトウェアを毀損、または誤作動させる行為。

（12）コンピュータウィルスなどの有害なプログラムを、本サービスを通じて又は関連して使用、もしくは提供する行為。

（13）反社会的勢力を助長、賛同するような表現や言動。

（4）expressions or acts which are defamations or insult others

（5）invasion of other people’s estate such as copyrights or other intellectual property rights

（6）acts which you pretend to be the third person to use this service

（7）expressions or acts which are against morality

（8）obstruction of business and publicity of sales advertisements

（9）usage of this service for commerce

（1０）posting, disclosure, offers or delivery of spam mails, chain letters or other contents whose purpose is inducements

（11）acts to damage hardware, network and software which are connected to this service or the service itself or to make them malfunction

（12）acts to provide or use harmful programs like computer viruses using this site or though it

（13）expressions or acts which help antisocial forces or agree with them

第11条（アカウント登録解除、本サービスの利用停止）

1．当社は、ユーザが以下のいずれかに該当すると判断した場合に、当該ユーザに事前に通知することなく、本サービスの利用停止、当該ユーザカウントを抹消することができるものとします。

（1）アカウント情報を不正に使用した場合。

（2）本サービスによって提供された情報を不正に使用した場合。

（3）本サービスに登録後、12か月連続で本サービスの利用がない場合。

（4）本規約及びその他当社が定める諸規程に反する行為があった場合。

（5）その他、アカウント登録者として不適格であると当社が判断した場合。

2．ユーザアカウントを抹消されたユーザは、今後すべての本サービス利用をお断りすることがあります。

3．前項の場合において、アカウント登録者に何らかの損害が生じたとしても、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

Article 11（deregistration of accounts, stop usage of this service）

1．Our company can delete users’ accounts or stop their usage without any notice in advance if we conclude they fall under the categories below

（1）in case that they use their accounts illegally

（2）in case that they use the information provided on this service illegally

（3）in case that they don’t use this service at all for over a year after registration

（4）in case that they act against this contract or other rules we set

（5）in case we conclude that they are not appropriate as account registrants

2．We might reject any usage of this service by the users whose accounts were deleted from now.

3．We are not responsible if account registrants take any loss in the case above(No.2)

第12条（本サービスの一時中断）

当社は、以下のいずれかの事由が生じた場合には、ユーザに事前に通知することなく、一時的に本サービスを中断することがあります。これに起因するユーザまたは第三者が被った損害について、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

（1）本サービス提供用のシステムの保守、点検、修理等を行う場合。

（2）火災、停電等により本サービスの提供ができなくなった場合。

（3）災害により本サービスの提供ができなくなった場合。

（4）その他、運用上または技術上、当社が本サービスの一時的な中断が必要と判断した場合。

第13条（本サービスの変更）

当社は、ユーザの了承の有無にかかわらず本サービスの全部または一部を利用停止またはアクセス制限し、また本サービスの内容を変更することがあります。これに起因するユーザまたは第三者が被った損害について、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

Article 12（Stop the usage of this service temporarily）

Our company can stop the usage of this service temporarily without any notice to users beforehand in case that the things below happen.

We are not responsible for any losses which users or the third person took accordingly.

（1）in case we maintain, check or fix the systems to provide this service

（2）in case we can’t provide this service because of fires or lights-out

（3）in case we can’t provide this service because of disasters

（4）in case we conclude that it is necessary to stop this service temporarily because of some operational or technical matters.

Article 13（change of this service）

Our company can stop all this service or part of it, restrict accesses and change the contents of the service without any permission from users

We are not responsible users or third person take any loss accordingly.

第3条（規約等の提示）

第5条（アカウントの登録）

1．アカウント登録は、ユーザ名、メールアドレス、パスワード、時間帯を本Webサイトまたはアプリ上で登録する方法によって行います。アカウント登録をしたユーザ（以下「アカウント登録者」）は、アカウント情報をユーザの使用端末のIDとあわせて使用することを許諾したものとみなします。
