１．サスペンドの原因
私のアカウントで、知的財産権を侵害する商品を販売してしまいました。
具体的には、下記商品について、
～様の販売承認がないにも関わらず、出品してしまいました。

私は昨年の11月よりAmazonでの出品を開始しました。
オーストラリアの販売は初めてのことでしたので、Amazonでの出品の仕方を学ぶ目的もあり、
自分の気に入った商品をテスト的に出品しました。
その際、出品方法を学ぶことに意識が集中しており、知的財産権侵害までは気を使っておりませんでした。

The cause of suspension
In my account articles are sold without intellectual property rights.
Concretely saying, I have offered the following article without your approval for selling.

I have started as seller in Amazon since November of the last year.
For it was the first sell in Australia I put articles I liked on sell for test, trying to learn how to sell in Amazon.
I didn't pay attention to intellectual property rights, consentrating on learning of how to sell.

この結果、私が該当商品を出品することは二度とございません。




3.今後の改善策

今回の件は、知的財産権の侵害について私の経験不足、知識不足によるものです。
日本国内の色々なお店やネットショップの商品を見て回り、
自分が気に入った商品を私のAmazonショップで出品しておりました。
出品時特に知的財産権を有する商品のことは深く意識しておりませんでした。


今回のサスペンドの経験から、深く反省し、
今後、商品を出品する際には今まで以上に注意を払います。

まず、Amazonの出品規約の理解を深めます。

I will never sell those articles again.

3. Improvement measure
This issue occurred due to my lack of knowledge and experience on intellectual property rights.
Looking around shops and internet shops in Japan, I put those articles I find nice on Amazon.
I was not aware of intellectual property rights of articles while I was up loarding those.


I regret my behaviour from the suspension and will be careful when I put articles on market.

First, I will understand seller regulation of Amazon deaper.

既に、出品規約をプリントアウトし、デスク上に置いています。
出品時、いつでもすぐに確認できる状態となっています。


また、サスペンドに対して、特に知的財産権の侵害について、
同業者やインターネット上からの情報収集を行っております。
知的財産権の侵害について、大分理解が深まってきましたし、
今後も毎月、勉強会を開き、引き続き情報収集を行い、出品規約の理解を深めて参ります。

出品に関して、私は一括出品ツールを使用しております。

The seller agreements are already as print on the desk.
I can check them when I put an article on market.


I am also collecting informations about abuse of intellectual property rights on the Internet and from those in the same business.
I have acquired deeper understanding of intellectual property rights and keep working on deeper understanding of the seller agreements, conducting a learning meeting monthly and collecting information,

To put articles on market I use a package exhibition tool.

上記の方法で収集した情報を活かして、知的財産権を有する商品については、
確実にブラックリスト化を行い、しっかり除外した上で出品ツールを使用します。
さらに、出品する前にメーカーに私がAmazonで販売して良い商品かどうか
確認してから出品するようにします。
そして今回の事案により、ツールとは別に今回の該当商品や今後Amazonからの警告商品を出品していないかを監視する、在庫監視担当者を新たに一名雇用しました。

この作業によって私の経験不足、知識不足を補っていきます。

Using the information collected as written above, those articles with intellectual property rights will be listed surely and excluded at the use of package exhibition tool.
Furthermore, I ask the manufacturer if I am allowed to sell their products on Amazon before I put them on the market.
I also employed a new person who checks if any of the articles of this issue or articles warned by Amazon.

By this work the lack of my experience and knowledge will be covered.
