The rule of SMART is an acronym as follows.

Specific targets like "I will do push-up everyday."
Measurable targets like "I will do it ten times."
Acceptable targets for himself/herself. The target is not fixed by others.
Realistic targets like 10 times. 100 times is not realistic.
Time limits of the target are specified. Just like "in today" etc.

In the rule of SMART, it is especially important that targets must be expressed with concrete numbers.
In addition, the target must be the one you will do, not the one you will have somebody do.
Using the rule of SMART, let's start talking with numbers and setting time limits.

tasks: Themes we decided to do it.

Hurdles for achieving the goals and tasks: What you can conceive what to do for achieving the goals.

Each processes of "why so" will proceed individually when there are 2 or more options of "why so".
