The products ordered on the 7/15 have not yet arrived, but the ordered products ordered on the 7/17 have already arrived by direct shipment to the customer. As 15th is an earlier date than 17th, could you explain why the products ordered first have not yet arrived?

Have you sent the products ordered on 7/15 and 7/24? Please let me know the date of shippment.

The razor which you have purchased, I have sent it to the professional Japanese sword sharpener to sharpen your razor.

I have tried the edge by myself and there was no problem.

The anticorrosion oil is applied at the edge, so you will need to wash away the oil and try it again.


The edge will recover its sharpness since the distortion of the edge has fixed.

Despite everything, I am very disappointed to have you unsatisfied. I feel very sorry about it and I'd like to offer my sincerest apologies.

I'd like to refund 30dls so please kindly give positive feedback on eBay.
