7/25に送ったメールは見て頂けましたか？返信がなく心配でしたので、再度メール致します。

7/15に発注した商品はまだ届いていないのですが、7/17に発注した商品は既に直送でお客様の所へ届いています。17日より先に頼んだ15日分がまだ届かないというのはどういう事か説明して下さい。
7/15と7/24に発注した商品はもう発送して頂けましたか？いつ発送したか教えて下さい。

早急に調べて、お返事ください。宜しくお願いします。

Did you to read the e-mail that I sent on 7/25? I was worried because there is no reply and I writing you again.

The products ordered on the 7/15 have not yet arrived, but the ordered products ordered on the 7/17 have already arrived by direct shipment to the customer. As 15th is an earlier date than 17th, could you explain why the products ordered first have not yet arrived?

Have you sent the products ordered on 7/15 and 7/24? Please let me know the date of shippment.

I would appreciate it if you check this matter and reply me as soon as possible.
