We use EMS by Japanese Post Service for shipment. In case of an accident in transit, the insurance covers the full amount of all respective items listed on the invoice.
In case of item lost during delivery by post office's mistake, full amount will be covered, so no worries.
Although, search request has to be claimed on our end and it might take some time. (could be around a month)

私としても完成していないものに報酬は払えません。私もこの1件であらかじめ日本で受注していた案件が白紙になっているので非常にこのフリーランサーのために迷惑しています。

何度完成していないので報酬は払えないといっても聞く耳を持ちません。正直困っています。

Even fired, the freelance will not agree. What happen, if that is the case?

I cannot and will not pay a fee for incomplete job. Because of the incompleteness, I already lost orders I received. This freelance annoys me a lot.

Of course I already suffer business losses.

The freelance does not listen even I told him/her for a number of times that the incomplete job will not be paid. This is a big trouble.

The freelance looks as if he/she thinks him/herself more higher than a client. Is it the way things work outside of Japan?

My seller account was forced to close in January this year.
The reason was something in relates to other accounts.
Since then, I cannot login to my account any more.
There was a mail said sales revenue saved on the account is supposed to be frozen for 90days, and then will be paid out. It has been almost half an year, however, the money has not yet been paid.
