How to replace a belt

Lock the pulley with a drill bit inserted in the hole

Turn the pulley until the drill bit is in place in the hole

Lock the wheel with a wrench

The bolt is coated with pre-applied thread locking

If it is not the case, apply the product to the bolt

The torque is 40 Nm + 50° angle tighten

50° represents a little less than 1 side of bolt (1 side = 60°)

Check that the bolt is tightened to at least 195 Nm

Operate the belt from above while you engage the belt on the pulley

you can use a 1/2 to 3/8 adapter

or a wrench 8 mm square ground to 7 mm

Check the belt tension : the belt should be twisted a little less than a quarter turn in the middle of the longest length of the belt (between 2 pulleys)

COME SOSTITUIRE UNA CINGHIA.
Bloccare la puleggia con una punta da trapano inserita nel foro.
Girare la puleggia fino a quando la punta da trapano è in posizione nel foro.
Bloccare la ruota con una chiave inglese.
Il bullone è dotato di un rivestimento frenafiletto preapplicato.
Se il rivestimento dovesse mancare, applicare un prodotto frenafiletto sul bullone.
La coppia è serrata a 40 Nm + 50 ° angolari.
50 ° Rappresenta un poco meno di 1 lato del bullone (1 lato = 60 °).

Should you tighten the oil filter by hand or with the wrench?

Four numbers 1 to 4 are printed around the outside of the filter : they serve as reference mark during tightening

If your filter does not have these 4 marks, you can write 4 numbers around the outside of the filter

In the video, the number 4 is written at the top, tighten the filter until the mark 3 comes around to the top

If the filter is not very accessible, the hand tightening will not be possible

If you don't tighten enough, you might lose oil with the engine running

If you tighten too much, it will be difficult to unscrew at the next replacement

It does not matter that you tighten by hand or with the wrench, the key is to tighten 3/4 turn after contact

E'meglio stringere il filtro dell'olio a mano o con la chiave?

Intorno alla parte esterna del filtro ci sono quattro numeri da 1 a 4 che servono come punti di riferimento per l'operazione di chiusura.

Se il filtro non dispone di questi 4 punti, li potete scrivere voi intorno alla parte esterna del filtro.

Nel video, il numero 4 è scritto in alto.
