整理・整頓は職場における最も基本的なことにもかかわらず、問題を残している所が多い。
それだけに、誰もが手をつけやすいといえるが、奥はなかなか深いといえる。

綺麗に片付けた物が、1週間で元の状態に戻ってしまったという例は多い。それでは意味がないわけで、習慣となって永続的に守られてこそ、本当の整理・整頓で有る。
そこで自職場を一度ものさしをもって点検し改善に役立てる事を目指して要約した。

工場の隅のゴミ箱は使い方が汚いし清掃意識が弱い。
共有場の清掃意識は作業場に共通

吸着シートで油漏れを防止している
油漏れが無く、設備周辺の床面は安全。
床が油で汚れているし、マットの切れ端につまづきそう!
滑ったり、転んだりする危険はないですか?
