　ある日の事でございます。御釈迦様は極楽の蓮池のふちを、独りでぶらぶら御歩きになっていらっしゃいました。池の中に咲いている蓮の花は、みんな玉のようにまっ白で、そのまん中にある金色の蕊（ずい）からは、何とも云えない好い匂が、絶間なくあたりへ溢れて居ります。極楽は丁度朝なのでございましょう。
　やがて御釈迦様はその池のふちに御佇みになって、水の面を蔽っている蓮の葉の間から、ふと下の容子（ようす）を御覧になりました。

Il était une fois, Buddha qui se promenait seul aux alentours d'un lac de Lotus au Paradis. Les fleurs de Lotus en floraison au milieu du lac paraissaient être des sphères toutes blanches au centre desquelles le pistil doré ne cessaient de dégager une agréable et indescriptible odeur dans les alentours. C'était le matin au Paradis.
Puis, Buddha stoppa sa course autour du lac et se mit à regarder au travers des feuilles de Lotus qui recouvraient le lac pour voir ce qu'il y avait en dessous.

この極楽の蓮池の下は、丁度地獄の底に当って居りますから、水晶のような水を透き徹して、三途の河や針の山の景色が、丁度覗き眼鏡を見るように、はっきりと見えるのでございます。
　するとその地獄の底に、陀多（かんだた）と云う男が一人、ほかの罪人と一しょに蠢（うごめ）いている姿が、御眼に止まりました。この陀多と云う男は、人を殺したり家に火をつけたり、いろいろ悪事を働いた大泥坊でございますが、それでもたった一つ、善い事を致した覚えがございます。

Puisqu' en dessous de ce lac de Lotus au Paradis se trouvait le fond de l'enfer, on pouvait clairement y distinguer la rivière Sanzu et les montagnes d'épines qui se reflétaient au travers de cette eau cristalline telles que dans un miroir.
Buddha arrêta ainsi son regard sur la silhouette d'un homme, Kandata, qui s'agitait au milieu des autres criminels dans le fond de l'enfer. Buddha se souvient que cette homme, Kandata, bien qu'étant un grand voleur coupable de beaucoup de choses telles qu'avoir tué ou brulé des maisons, avait tout de même fait une bonne action.

と申しますのは、ある時この男が深い林の中を通りますと、小さな蜘蛛が一匹、路ばたを這って行くのが見えました。そこで陀多は早速足を挙げて、踏み殺そうと致しましたが、「いや、いや、これも小さいながら、命のあるものに違いない。その命を無暗にとると云う事は、いくら何でも可哀そうだ。」と、こう急に思い返して、とうとうその蜘蛛を殺さずに助けてやったからでございます。

Celle-ci se passa alors qu'il passait au travers d'une forêt profonde. Il vit alors une araignée qui avançait sur le bord du chemin. Il leva son pied et s'apprêtait à l'écraser pour la tuer lorsqu'il pensa "Même si elle est petite, elle est bien vivante. Cela serait bien trop triste de lui retirer cette vie sans raison.". Il changea alors son opinion et décida de ne pas la tuer mais de la laisser en vie.

　御釈迦様は地獄の容子を御覧になりながら、この陀多には蜘蛛を助けた事があるのを御思い出しになりました。そうしてそれだけの善い事をした報には、出来るなら、この男を地獄から救い出してやろうと御考えになりました。幸い、側を見ますと、翡翠のような色をした蓮の葉の上に、極楽の蜘蛛が一匹、美しい銀色の糸をかけて居ります。御釈迦様はその蜘蛛の糸をそっと御手に御取りになって、玉のような白蓮の間から、遥か下にある地獄の底へ、まっすぐにそれを御下しなさいました。

Pendant qu'il observait le fond de l'enfer Buddha se souvint que cet homme, Kandata, choisit d'épargner cette araignée. Comme récompense pour cette bonne action, il décida de le sauver de l'enfer s'il en était capable. Heureusement, lorsqu'il regarda aux alentours, il aperçut une araignée du Paradis qui tissait un magnifique fil d'argent au-dessus des feuilles de Lotus de couleur Jade. Buddha prit le fil de l'araignée délicatement dans sa main et le fit pendre directement jusqu'au très profond fond de l'enfer à travers les sphères blanches des Lotus.

先日、私は、職場の同僚に、私に代わって、問合せの電話をかけてもらいました。
スタッフの Kuehlewind さんが、親切に対応してくださったと聞いています。

商品交換か、払い戻しか、決める前に、確認したい事があります。

・One was not in the manufacturer box and was damaged.
・One got its handle separated very easily from its original place.

The other day, one of my coworker called for me to make an inquiry on this matter.

Before asking for a replacement or a reimbursement, I would like to ask few things.

・商品購入時の、送料、関税の扱いは、どのようになりますか？
・こちらから、商品を送り返す際の送料の扱いは、どのようなかたちでしょうか？
・持ち手が壊れている商品ですが、持ち手が格納できません。出っ張ったままです。この状態でお送りするのが、かなり、難しいと思われます。発送について、相談したいです。
・この商品についての、交換、返品の手続きが可能な期間（期日）があると思いますが、まだ、余裕がありますでしょうか？

In the case of a replacement or a reimbursement,
・What happened to the shipping fees and the taxes I paid when purchasing the products?
・Who will pay the fees for the shipping if I have to send you back the products?
・About the product with the handle broken, I can't fix the handle. It is still protruding. I think it is difficult to send it in this condition and would like to talk with you about it.
・I suppose that there is a limited period for a replacement or to return the products. I still have time, right?

仮に商品の交換をした場合にお願いしたいのは、
メーカーの箱に商品が入っていて、
その上から、さらに別の箱で梱包された状態。
商品、メーカーの箱に傷がつかないように保護して梱包された状態です。

この点を踏まえて、交換の品を送っていただけるのであれば、交換とします。
この先も、商品、パッケージの、品質を保って、日本に送っていただけるのであれば、今後も、御社より、商品を購入します。

私の求める品質に応えるのが難しいようでしたら、払い戻しとします。

In the case of a replacement, I desire few things.
I would like to have the product packed in its original manufacturer's box. I also want you to pack this box in another one and to take care that the product and the manufacturer's box will not be damaged.
