第３条（賃貸借期間）
賃貸借期間は2010年6月1日より2030年5月31日まで満20ヵ年とする。

第４条（賃料）
賃料は月額金2万円とし、毎月末日までにその翌月分を甲に持参または甲の指定する銀行口座に振り込んで支払うものとする。ただし、１ヶ月に満たない月の賃料は日割計算とする。

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

Broken Windows Theory is a theory in environmental criminology that states that we can deter crimes, including brutal ones, by keeping thorough control of trifle crimes.
The theory was introduced by George Kelling, an American criminologist. The name stemmed from the train of thought that "If we leave the building's broken windows as they are, they become symbols that nobody takes heed, and, before long, all of the remaining windows would also be destroyed." In Japanese, it is also called Broken Window Theory, Bursted Windows Theory, and Destroyed Windows Theory.

In 2008, RIYO (Vo, Gt), then a university freshperson, and NISHIHIRAYUMIKO (Ba) formed the prototype KOOCHEWSEN band. They tried and erred for years.

VENTLAKAORU (key) joined in January 2011.

7月 RIYO、突然ペルーに飛ぶ。
その後、9月より2012年3月までイギリスなどヨーロッパを放浪。
よってこの間のクウチュウ戦は活動休止を余儀無くされる。
バンドの存続も危ぶまれたが、海外見聞で新たなモチベーションを獲得したRIYOが本格音源制作への意欲を爆発させる。

2012年5月、クウチュウ戦1st アルバム『PUROGURE』(2013年1月リリース)に繋がる録音を開始。

Suddenly, in July, RIYO flew to Peru.
Then, he roamed Britain, Europe, etc. from September to March 2013.
Because of this, KOOCHEWSEN's activities are forced to stop during the period.
The band's continual existence was in doubt, but RIYO, having harvested new motivation from foreign newspapers, showed his desire to make a genuine sound source in an explosive manner.

In May 2012, recordings connected with KOOCHEWSEN's first album "PUROGURE" (released in January 2013) began.

11月、先行シングル「IKISHOUCHIN/SHIROIJUDAI」を500枚限定でリリース。瞬く間にソールドアウト。
同月、下北沢CLUB QUEにてシングル発売記念3マンライブ(w/MATASHITA89、KOWAREKAKENOTE-PUREKO-DA-ZU)を決行、ソールドアウト。

2013年1月、1stアルバム『PUROGURE』リリース。
同月、新宿MARZにてアルバム発売記念2マンライブ(w/OWARIKARA)を決行。
