顧客の要求の多様化によって、現在は「要求への適合の程度」に変ってきている。

Moreover, the concept of social products that take the impact on the society and environment into account is born.
That is, the normal criteria to decide whether the product and the service quality is good or bad is not the standard; the question is: can the product meets with the customer's request?
