送って貰った商品の数が足りません。
本日、インボイスの数と実際の商品の数が違うと税関から連絡が来ました。
担当者が調べたところ、以下の4点のアイテムが不足している様です。

We have received an insufficient number of items which you have sent out.
Today the customs office contacted us saying the number of items in the invoice and the number of items which were delivered is not matching. Our staff looked into the issue and found out the following 4 items are missing.
