Original Text

Hanshin-Awaji earthquke taught us not to overdo volunteer work at the disaster area. That might be nuisance or annoyance for them. We should also refrain ourselves from persistent in inquiring after your acquaintances or friends. It might be caused jamming of communication line.
If you can afford to donate, you should to it now. You or your family should save electricity or food whithin the budget you can cover. If you're in regular work, where there are not any aftershocks, you should go and do your work.
And you should spend your normal life; consume living expenses, receive your salary and pay your taxes.
The amount of damage is 10trillion-yen in time, which can be allocated 10thousand-yen per head of Japan. The victims or damages might be expanding or increasing.
That's why, we should all the more spend our usual and common life.
