I'm sorry for the late reply.
It's not that I have completely stepped down from A-line business support. The rate of work up until now in the field of product design will surely increase somewhat from now on, so there is no mistaking that the rate spent on co-ordination procedures put in between Tokyo and the US up until now will come down, but for the matter that was requested, things are currently in operation so if some kind of problem occurs, please feel free to discuss this from now on. Even in cases where I can't deal with things directly, I can tailor things so as to give operational support instead of the Tokyo head office overseas operations team.

It's not that I'm completely stepping down from A-line business support. It's true that I will likely be devoting more time to product design in the future and that does mean that the amount of time I spend coordinating between Tokyo and the US will go down. However, I am still working on the matter you requested and you should not hesitate to reach out to me at any time if you have any concerns. Even in cases where I can't deal with things directly, I can arrange to have the overseas operations team at our head office in Tokyo provide support in my stead.

① I'd like pre-registration for the badge for the visiting company at the New York business meeting with Mr. A and Mr. B. When I receive an email that the registration has been completed, I will forward to the head office an explanation of the method of receiving the badge for the venue for that day.
② Apparently, Mr. Y from head office would also like to participate in the company dinner on Saturday 18th. Is there any problem with adding one more person from now?
③ There is an additional visitor to our booth at the New York business meeting. Mr. M from T company from 15:30 on the 18th will attend for me. I'd like to do pre-registration for him.
④ If it suits Mr. M, I hope he can have dinner together with Mr. T in the evening. Firstly, could you tell me the evening schedule for Mr. T during the session.

Regarding the use of the headquarters' promotional video material, as mentioned in the previous e-mail, those video materials were prepared by different production companies.
In general, there is no problem with the secondary use after re-editing the video material at TI, but we need to negotiate with the production company about the rate of the secondary usage fee.
Since there are multiple video production companies, which video material is required first? We would like you to choose them.
