間違えて返金してしまい、すでに返金済みにしてしまったので返金キャンセルしたいです。
間違えてしまった理由としては、同時期に別の顧客から同じ種類の商品に関する返品リクエストを受けており、商品を取り間違えてしまったためです。

顧客からは返品リクエストを送ったがやはり、返品は取りやめたいという旨の連絡をもらっています。

I have accidentaly gave a refund and have made it done, but I would like to cancell the refund.
The reason I made a mistake is that I took the other item which I was requested returning by a different customer at the same time for yours, and the item was the same kind as yours.

I have heard from the customer that the customer would like to cancell returning although the customer had requested so.

It was very lucky that I chose the room of Ray & Lena to stay this time.
Not only I could barely speak English but since it was my first trip to the U.S, I was extremely worried.
But Lena spoke Japanese fluently to make me confort.
Also, Ray told me about the shop and some seeing spots that she recommends, and all of them turned into my great memory.
Furfthermore, their lovely dog welcomed me.
I became fond of NY by grace of Ray & Lena.

②Details: I recently received my item from a market place seller and was extremely angry to find out that I had to pay a £60.95 customs charge on top of an item which had already cost me £267.30 plus the postage cost. I feel this is extremely unfair when there is no indication to such charges anywhere that I could see when purchasing the item that such a charge would apply. I sent an email before hand to the seller to check on this after purchase and the said they would discount the item accordingly If such a charge was applied (I'm sure our conversation will be on your records), I can't see how the item will be discounted now if I have already paid for it?

また薄いホールドについては、ボルトの締め具合がはっきりせず、ホールドが反ることがあります。
大きめのホールドはビス穴があいている方が使いやすいとの声もあります。

品質について
今回のブラックホールドは、率直に言うと、品質が良くないと思います。
色がまだらであったり、はげていたり、ロゴが潰れていたりしているものが多いです。

Amazonでの販売および法人への販売体制も整ったので、今後さらに貴社からの購入を増やします。
