In addition, I heard that the visit of Japan is also for the project of A company . I think it is possible to accord for a part of your expenses(if there is allowed by A) because of the meeting with us. Could you ask it for A company.

2)From the view of protecting the profit of us, how about this way?

次のステップとして、このタームシートを先方に提示し、交渉を始めたいと思います。当初の予定ではAをDに添付する予定でしたが、Dの締結交渉を早く終わらせる必要があることから（交渉期限は今年末まで）、とりあえずこのタームシートを締結してＡの締結を後回しにしたいと思います。タームシートを締結すれば（Ａの締結がＤ締結より後になっても）当方に不利益は生じる可能性は低いものと考えていますが、そのような理解でよろしいでしょうか？

I think the next step is to present this time sheet to other side and then start the negotiations. The original plan was to attach A to D, but it is necessary to finish concluding D (because the deadline is the end of this year). So,I would like to conclude this time sheet firstly and postpone the conclusion of A. I think if we conclude this time sheet(even A is later than D), the possibility that any disadvantage to us should be lower. How about such an understanding?
