we have had unfortunate luck with getting any good rates for your freight – they seem very high. I do have one more question – How often would you expect to have this type of shipment or other shipments by air from US in which we may supply transportation? What is your current rate so I may negotiate with my carriers to save you money? I was thinking I may be able to work something better out on rate by having this information.

I would really like to complain (not to you but to NEOWAVEKOREA) that how much troulbe their laser machine caused me and it's not right that I have to pay to have their machine fixed. But at the end of a day, I would suffer an even larger financial loss if I don't pay to have the machine fixed. So I will have no other choice but to pay this time.

It is not my fault the item was not as described. If it was useable I would have kept it. However it had pits on the cutting edge. If it was not for that I would have been happy. This item was not just used, it was misused, misrepresented, and quite frankly it is a piece of trash due to the amount of work it would take to get it usable. Like I said if it did not have the pits on the cutting edge I would have been happy to keep it and use it.
This was not my error. I should not have to wait for my money back...
With that being said, I do understand why you would want to wait to refund the money. Some people are dishonest. I assure you I am not. The product is on the way.

Your included extra payment (£30) towards shipping will
almost cover the cost of shipping but not for the full insurance value (£500) of the Rockman.
My included cost of shipping was only for the UK and for International shipping I did ask to be
contacted for a quote.If you wish full insurance to be included it would be an extra £15, but I can ship it without if you wish.
It will be securely packaged in a dedicated Behringer rack unit carton with polystyrene inserts, and sent
via UPS.
I'll try and get it collected on Monday and you should receive it within 3 working days - however, with this
coinciding with New Year, it may be a day or so later.

-- How the limits work --

Sellers are limited in the total number of sold or active listings they can have in any month. If an active listing sells, it counts toward the limit. If the listing ends without the item selling, it no longer counts against the limit.

For example, if your limit is 100 sold and active listings per month, and you create a fixed price listing for 100 items, you've reached your limit. But if that listing ends 7 days later and you've only sold 10 of the 100 items, you can list 90 more items that month. You can continue this way until you've sold 100 items. Once you reach your limit, you have to wait until the beginning of the next month to list more items.

販売者は、1ヶ月間の販売もしくは出品の総量が規制されます。出品した商品が売れると、制限数値に向けてカウントされます。もし、出品した商品が売れないまま終わると、何もカウントされません。
