私は幼い頃、集中力がなく多動で大変周囲を困らせる子供でした。
両親は楽観的だったようですが祖父母が私をとても心配して、私にピアノを与えました。
最初はピアノの前に3分と座っていられなかったのですが、歌ったり演奏したり次第に音楽を楽しむことが出来るようになるにつれ、集中力が身に付いてきました。
今も何か大切な事に取り組む時はBGMは欠かせないですし、仕事中も集中している時ほど頭の中では音楽が鳴っています。

I was hyperactive and lacked concentration when I was a child, and this brought a lot of problems to those around me. My parents didn't take it very seriously, but my grandparents worrying about my state, gave me a piano thinking it will help. At first, I couldn't even sit for 3 minutes to play the piano, but as I learned the joys of playing and singing along with it, my concentration span began to increase. Even now I can't do without background music when I'm engaged in something important, and even during work, there is music in my head especially when I concentrate.
