私は幼い頃、集中力がなく多動で大変周囲を困らせる子供でした。
両親は楽観的だったようですが祖父母が私をとても心配して、私にピアノを与えました。
最初はピアノの前に3分と座っていられなかったのですが、歌ったり演奏したり次第に音楽を楽しむことが出来るようになるにつれ、集中力が身に付いてきました。
今も何か大切な事に取り組む時はBGMは欠かせないですし、仕事中も集中している時ほど頭の中では音楽が鳴っています。

In my childhood, I could not concentrate and moved around a lot that made people around me in trouble.
My parents were optimistic, but my grandparents worried about me and gave me a piano.
Although I could not sit still even 3 minutes, as I become enjoying music by singing. playing it, I could have an ability of concentration.
When I do something importance, I listen to BGM, and even while working, music is heard in my head.
