添付のように目のアウトラインを修正しても競合他社の意匠権を侵害する事はありません。
どちらか？のデザインに変更しますか？
確かに新しいデザインの方が可愛くなっている思います。

I have talked over phone with headquarters. They say it is possible to change the shape of eyes of the robot as shown attached file. To revise the outline of eyes as attached file, the designing rights of competitors will not be infringed. Do you wish to change either design?
I personally think the news one looks more kawaii, or cute I guess.
