わたしはKOというもので、御社の日本事業でのアドバイザー業務を2014年から2018年の間行いました。Jon Prideauxさんが来日した時は日本の携帯キャリアなどのパートナーをご紹介しました。
アドンバイザー契約にのっとって御社のストックオプションを6000share付与されました。

このたび、このストックオプションを実行して現金化したいと考えていますが、

I am KO, and I did your Japanese firm's adviser work from 2014 to 2018. When Mr Jon Prideaux came to Japan, I introduced him my partner of Japanese mobile carrier and so on.
I was given 6000share of your stock option based on the adviser contract.
