Regarding Misodengaku, we have miso soup that we are reminded when we hear the miso.
In this cooking, we make a strong taste source with miso. We eat by adding it to ingredients such as tofu and eggplant at skewer that were grilled by goma oil crisply.
The meaning of dengaku is derived from traditional entertainment called "dengaku" that had been played in Heian Period. It was name by the reason that form of the tofu at skewer was similar to how a dancer danced.
If you would like to try it, I will add a cup of Japanese Sparkling sake.
Why don't you enjoy drinking with the Japanese tea?
I also offer the green tea.
