具体的に何が問題なのか分からず、本当に困っています。

私は、御社にメッセージを送る際に有料の翻訳サービスを使っています。その料金もかさみ、本当に苦しいです。

At the beginning of this month, I tried to open a seller account on Amazon.com to get "MWS key".
