ところが、アカウントが開設されたと思ったら、アカウントが一時的に保留され、下記の案内が届きました。


よく調べると、私が添付したAMEXの明細に「旧住所」が載っていたので、それが問題なのかもしれないと気づきました。

AMEXに問い合わせたところ、住所変更し、現住所が載っている明細が発行されるのは２週間以上かかると言われました。

時間がかかるので、私はとりあえず、現住所が載っている水道料金の明細を添付して送りました。

しかし、一時保留されたままで、セラーセントラルが使えなくなりました。

However, just when I thought my account was opened, I realized that my account was temporarily suspended and I received the following information.


Upon closer examination, I noticed that my old address was listed on my submitted American Express statement. I quickly realized this would be an issue.

I contacted American Express and was told that it could take more than 2 weeks to change my address and issue a statement with my current address on.

Due to this extreme amount of time I decided to send my water bill instead, which depicts clearly my current address.

However, I can no longer use Seller Central as my account has been temporarily suspended.
