先週御社から下記のメールをいただきました

私はこれに対して現住所が記載されてある水道料金の領収書を送りました

しかし１週間たってもまだアカウントが停止されたままです。停止されていますが大口出品の請求だけがきています

アカウントが使えるようになるために、どのような対処が必要が教えていただければ幸いです




元々、アカウントが停止になっている原因は、Amazonに登録した現住所と、御社に提出したAmexの明細に記載されてある住所が一致しないことが原因です

Last week, I received below email from your company.

I have sent the water bill with my current address.

However, my account was still suspended even it has been week. I still receive invoice even though the account was suspended.

Hope you can guide me so that I can use the account again.

The reason why the account is being suspended is because the address registered with Amazon and address on AMEX statement is different.
