JALクーポンはチェックイン時に受付の女性に渡しました。クーポンを渡した時の受領証は受け取っていません。2人の受付の女性がJALクーポンを数えていたので覚えているはずです。受付の女性の名前は覚えていませんが顔は覚えてます。
チェックイン受付の女性に確認してくれませんか？
私はまだハワイに滞在してますので明日そちらへ出向きます。誰を訪ねればいいですか？

I have passed a discount ticket of JAL to the reception desk at check in. I have not received a receipt. Since two ladies were counting the number of tickets, I guess that they remember me. I do not remember the name of the lady in reception, but I do her face.
Could you kindly confirm it to the lady at reception?
I am still in Hawaii and I will go there tomorrow. I would like you to tell me with whom I should talk. I am waiting for your response.
