JALクーポンはチェックイン時に受付の女性に渡しました。クーポンを渡した時の受領証は受け取っていません。2人の受付の女性がJALクーポンを数えていたので覚えているはずです。受付の女性の名前は覚えていませんが顔は覚えてます。
チェックイン受付の女性に確認してくれませんか？
私はまだハワイに滞在してますので明日そちらへ出向きます。誰を訪ねればいいですか？

I presented a JAL coupon to a female agent at check in counter. I have no receipt at that time. Two JAL agents there were counting my coupon so that they had noticed me.
I didn't know their names but I remember their faces. When checking in, would you do me a favour for confirming the matter?
As I still stay in Hawaii so that I will show up at you tomorrow. Whom do I have to meet ?
